By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy. 

1. AUTHORIZED USE 

The Platform may only be used for lawful property marketing, listing, communication, and related business purposes approved by {company_name}. 

Only users that have completed onboarding, KYC verification, contractual approval, and account activation may publish listings or access restricted platform features. 

2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES 

Users must not: 

• publish false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information; 

• impersonate any person, company, or organization; 

• submit listings without proper authorization; 

• infringe intellectual property rights; 

• publish unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful content; 

• use the Platform for scams, phishing, money laundering, or unlawful activities; 

• attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts; 

• interfere with Platform operations or security; 

• distribute malware, viruses, spam, or malicious code; 

• scrape, harvest, copy, or extract Platform data without authorization; 

• use automated systems or bots without written consent; 

• manipulate listings, pricing, rankings, or inquiries; 

• publish duplicate, misleading, or fake listings. 

3. PROPERTY LISTING RESPONSIBILITIES 

Users submitting listings represent and warrant that: 

• they possess authority to market or advertise the property; 

• listing information is accurate to the best of their knowledge; 

• submitted materials do not violate applicable laws or third-party rights; 

• all required permissions and approvals have been obtained. 

Users remain fully responsible for all content submitted to the Platform. 

4. ACCOUNT SECURITY 

Users are responsible for: 

• maintaining account confidentiality; 

• protecting login credentials; 

• restricting unauthorized access; 

• promptly notifying {company_name} of suspicious activity or unauthorized access. 

5. MONITORING & ENFORCEMENT 

{company_name} reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: 

• monitor Platform activity; 

• review listings and content; 

• investigate suspected violations; 

• remove content; 

• suspend or terminate accounts; 

• restrict access; 

• retain logs and records; 

• cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. 

Enforcement actions may occur without prior notice where reasonably necessary. 

6. REPORTING VIOLATIONS 

Users may report suspected: 

• fraud; 

• misuse; 

• impersonation; 

• copyright infringement; 

• unlawful content; 

• or policy violations 

using the contact details or reporting mechanisms provided on the Platform. 

7. NO WAIVER 

Failure by {company_name} to enforce any provision of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies. 

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY 

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. 

Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform.
